ABOUT ME
As a dedicated counselor, I combine traditional techniques with expressive arts approaches to support individuals of all ages. Together, we will overcome mental health challenges and the emotional and behavioral aspects, empowering you to achieve a balanced and fulfilling life.
With a wealth of experience, I hold a Post Graduate degree in Counseling Psychology and am certified as an Arts-Based Therapy Practitioner and Educator, Bach Flower Therapist, and Reiki Healer. My expertise extends to Emotional and Behavioral Regulation, allowing me to offer a diverse range of services tailored to your needs. I am the Founder and Director for Lighthouse; Arts and wellbeing centre (www.lighthouseartsandwellbeing.com) more then 20 years. Whether you seek individual counseling, family therapy, relationship counseling, or arts-based and integrative therapy, I'm here to support you on your journey.
Beyond my professional work, I have a passion for cooking and exploring new recipes, which adds a creative and joyful dimension to my life. I also enjoy listening to music and dancing, which energizes and inspires me. Traveling and meeting new people enrich my life and offer fresh perspectives, while nature calls out to me, providing a sense of peace and connection.
Additionally, I offer support through our engaging support groups, corporate training programs, and psychology internships. These initiatives aim to provide a holistic approach to personal and professional development. Let’s work together to achieve a balanced and fulfilling life, blending expertise with a personal touch.
